At Zolemba, we consider it important that you receive your printed labels quickly and efficiently. Clear communication is essential. We would like to explain what you can expect from us when placing a customized label order.

Ready for dispatch within 24 hours: From final approval to production

Every business day we are ready to produce your labels. Through our own production facility, we are able to quickly and efficiently create your approved design for production. Your order goes through several steps before your design is considered production-ready. What exactly does this mean?

• After placing your order, you will be able to upload your design files to Zolemba.
• Your design will then go through a digital inspection check: Is your design suitable for production?
• You have the authority of the final approval: Approve to upload after our digital check.

After you have approved your design, we can produce your order. The time of the final approval is when the countdown begins = “Your order will be produced within 24 hours” * and ready for dispatch. (* NOTE: You have the option to choose how quickly your order will be produced by selecting from 24 hours, 72 hours, or 120 hours when placing your order)

Approve before 9 a.m.

We want your creativity to not depend on our office hours. That is why have developed a complete new approach to Zolemba: Approve before 9 a.m and we will produce it the same day (if you choose the production within 24 hours option) This gives you the flexibility to customize your design freely; for example, during late at night. Zolemba Guarantee If you approve your final design before 9 a.m. for production, we will produce and dispatch your label the same day!

We strive to be the fastest when it comes to the production of your custom-made label. In order to achieve this speed with our shipping times, we have partnered with DHL courier services. Below is an overview of DHL delivery times:

From upload to delivery

The production of your labels is completely dependant on the final approval of your file. If you check and confirm your file on weekdays before 9:00 AM, production will begin on the same business day. If the final approval is received after 9:00 AM, then production begins on the next business day.
